This film will be more faithful to James O'Barr's comic of the same name. It tells the story of rock musician Eric Draven (played by Bill Skarsgård) and his fiancée Shelley (played by FKA twigs), who are brutally murdered. One year later, Eric rises from the grave and seeks revenge. Resurrected, Eric possesses supernatural powers, and a crow follows him wherever he goes.
