An old scientist in New Zealand invents a prism called "Sirius," which can unleash a person's potential and create incredible superpowers. However, this invention soon attracts the attention of a local gang, who assault the laboratory and kill the old scientist. In a critical moment, Sirius is taken out of New Zealand by a young participant in the experiment, King Kong (played by Xu Guanjie), and the scientist's daughter, Sally (played by Ye Qianwen), and they travel to Hong Kong. After returning to Hong Kong, King Kong seeks help from detective Baldy (played by Mai Jia), only to have the gang follow them and kidnap Baldy's wife, Inspector He (played by Zhang Aijia), as a hostage.
