The story takes place in the 1930s, amidst the thunderous march of Japanese imperialism across East Asia, in a time of great upheaval where legendary events unfold one after another. In China, the Captain of the Bureau of Military Affairs for the Korean Provisional Government, Lim Suk-jin (played by Lee Jung-jae), frees the independence army sniper An Woo-yeon (played by Jun Ji-hyun), who had been sentenced to death in prison. He then recruits demolition expert Hwang Deok-sam (played by Cho Jin-woong) and new military academy graduate “Rapid Fire” Choi Sung-wook (played by Jo Jin-woong) to carry out a covert mission to assassinate the commander of the Korean garrison and the traitors in their own country. The dangerous operation begins, but soon the Japanese side receives intelligence about the assassination task. In the busy streets filled with chaos, a tense and thrilling battle full of conspiracy unfolds, marking a perilous confrontation related to the fate of the nation... This film won the Best Film Award at the 36th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2015.
