In this turbulent world of power struggles where the winds change and human hearts are unpredictable, brothers turn against each other for profit, and the rivers of the Jianghu once again run red with blood. International Interpol officer Zhen and Hong Kong police officer He Long have been pursuing five fugitives from the Yamaguchi-gumi gang, led by Takeda Taro, who have fled to the Philippines. Zhen collaborates with another Hong Kong officer, Sha Lang, to investigate. Ai Bo is a man of justice and values friendship, but after witnessing his wife's murder years ago, he has become slightly hot-headed, often pushed to the limit during investigations, and even crossing boundaries set by other departments, drawing criticism from his superiors. Meanwhile, Hong Kong fashion industry powerhouse Chen Xian Di arrives in the Philippines to organize a fashion exhibition and inadvertently clashes with law enforcement officers. Aside from tracking down the criminals, Ai Bo and Zhen are also responsible for protecting Xian Di’s safety. Ai Bo suggests they stay at his mother's house temporarily, but unexpectedly, they are followed by Gao Peng and others. Ai Bo’s mother and son are brutally murdered, while Xian Di manages to escape. In the end, it's revealed that Xie Shi has information about the Yamaguchi-gumi headquarters, and he joins Ai Bo in a final assault on the stronghold.
