Leung Ping (played by Leung Han Man) is a lonely waiter in a tea restaurant, and his greatest interest is listening to the stories of gangsters like "White Oil." The brave and skilled leader of the Fuk Sang gang, Long Ching (played by Zhang Yao Yang), is often glorified by "White Oil," which leaves Leung Ping fascinated.
