Everything was originally perfect and flawless. Buddy (played by Ben Affleck) was enjoying his time, money, and fame while still in his youth, until that day. At the airport, in a bid to spend a wonderful night with the beautiful Minnie (played by Natasha Henstridge), Buddy gave his only precious ticket to the honest Greg (played by Tony Goldwyn). Little did he know that this kind act would result in disastrous consequences: the plane crashed and Greg, instead of Buddy who should have been on the flight, became a soul lost in the sky. Time rushed by, but Buddy couldn't shake off the blow and guilt from that day. He decided to visit Greg's home. There, Buddy met Greg's widow, Abby (played by Gwyneth Paltrow). To his dismay, Buddy discovered that he had fallen in love with this beautiful and kind woman, and from then on, things became complicated.
