A somewhat well-known but greedy lawyer, Pan Xiao (played by Xu Zheng), successfully uses his solid legal knowledge and eloquent courtroom skills to exonerate the leader of a Northwest poaching gang (played by Duobujie), who illegally captured the national treasure, the Alatais Falcon, and brutally killed a police officer. The leader promises to pay the remaining amount in ten days, and Pan Xiao asks him to use a red car as collateral. After this, he sets off on a journey back to the metropolis from the Northwest desert in his new car. However, the road is fraught with danger; first, he has a conflict with two brothers (played by Wang Shuangbao & Ba Duo) driving a truck to transport straw, resulting in injuries and vehicle damage. Then, he accidentally hits a man (played by Huang Bo) who seems to be asking for help. Knowing he has hit a person, Pan Xiao makes his way to a shady establishment involved in illegal activities, where he meets a prostitute (played by Yu Nan) who is trapped there. Meanwhile, the poaching leader follows closely behind, seemingly with ulterior motives. At this moment, Pan Xiao has yet to truly realize the perilous journey that lies ahead...
