The story takes place in a large marine world, where Uncle Ya (Ge You), a fish seller, dolphin trainer A Le (Yue Yunpeng), and aquarium security guard Du Zhiguo (Du Chun) meet due to work and share their similar circumstances. They struggle hard but ultimately face emotional setbacks. One night, the three agree to gather for a meal and drown their sorrows in alcohol.
