In the early years of the Republic, when warlords ran rampant, the righteous street rogue Meng Gang (played by Jiang Dawei) and Tie Hu (played by Di Long) were a pair of good brothers who found joy in counterfeiting, tricking, and "making money." They lived a carefree life of "not hearing outside matters and focusing only on enjoying the moment" amidst the chaos. One day, Meng Gang met revolution soldier Brother Wan, and after a brief misunderstanding, they became friends. Encouraged by Brother Wan, Meng Gang and Tie Hu began to think about helping the revolutionary army. With the help of Meng Gang's girlfriend (Jing Li), who was the daughter of a warlord leader, they obtained a military vehicle. This marked the start of an exciting journey involving sneaking into the warlord's camp to steal weapons, engaging in a series of battles of wits and strength against the warlords, and delivering the stolen arms to the revolutionary army.
