In the early years of the Republic, when warlords ran rampant, the righteous street rogue Meng Gang (played by Jiang Dawei) and Tie Hu (played by Di Long) were a pair of good brothers who found joy in counterfeiting, tricking, and "making money." They lived a carefree life of "not hearing outside matters and focusing only on enjoying the moment" amidst the chaos. One day, Meng Gang met revolution soldier Brother Wan, and after a brief misunderstanding, they became friends.
