The film revolves around the stories of four women. In a rural village in India, a university student fully wrapped in a burkha holds a unique belief and dreams of becoming a pop singer; a young and beautiful beautician wants to escape the "confinement" of her small town, longing for freedom; a housewife with three children does not want to be just a baby-making machine; she yearns for a different life; and a 55-year-old widow fantasizes about having a romance with a handsome man.
