Ten years after "My Military Lover," Yossi (Ohad Knoller) has become a cardiologist, anesthetizing himself with work and living a solitary life, always reminiscing about his lost love from a decade ago. By chance, he encounters a mysterious woman, who turns out to be the key to unearthing past scars. Yossi decides to head south to the beach for a break, where he meets a group of young Israeli recruits. The confident and open gay soldier Tom (Oz Zehavi) prompts Yossi to reconsider the gay world he had never thought about; he discovers that he still longs for a sincere love... Israeli director Itay Fox tells a poignant story of forbidden love in the military with "My Military Lover."
