Grandpa Daiki (played by Tachikawa Shinosuke) recently lost his partner, leaving him to live alone with a cat named Shouyu. Although Grandpa Daiki feels very lonely, the cute and lively Shouyu brings brief comfort to his heart, and life together is quite pleasant. One day, a mysterious woman named Michiko (played by Koyuki Shibasaki) arrives in town, whose background is unknown. She opens a very fashionable café, quickly attracting many guests.
