More than twenty years ago, there were three legendary master chefs dominating the catering scene in Taiwan: Master Han, Master Ghost, and Master Fly, collectively referred to by the locals as the "Three Dominators: Man, Ghost, and God." As times changed, the catering culture gradually declined, leading to the fading of the three masters.
