Gal (Ray Winstone) was once a notorious thief in the "workplace." Now, having long distanced himself from the underworld, he lives a leisurely life in a mountain villa with his wife Didi (Amanda Redman). With the company of his friends Aitch (Cavan Kendall) and Jack (Julianne White), Gal feels that his decision to retire was the right one. A visit from an unexpected guest disrupts Gal's peaceful life, a man named Don (Ben Kingsley), who was once Gal's partner. Don is impulsive and moody, much like a ticking time bomb, leaving Gal on edge. The last thing Gal wanted to see happens: Don's arrival has a purpose; he wants to pull Gal back into crime for one last big score – robbing the Bank of England.
