Jack (Harrison Ford) was once a CIA operative. While on vacation, he inadvertently witnesses a terrorist attack targeting the Northern Ireland Secretary of State, Holmes (James Fox). His professional instincts prevent him from ignoring it, and with Jack's assistance, the terrorist Miller (Sean Bean) is apprehended, earning Jack a reward. Although the operation failed, the terrorists do not give up and decide to plan another attack. At this point, Miller, who has successfully escaped from prison, volunteers to join the operation, driven by one thought: revenge against Jack. Soon, the alert Jack realizes that he and his family are in extreme danger. To defend national peace and protect his family, Jack returns to the CIA and resumes his old job.
