The film mainly tells the story of a notorious criminal mastermind who, after fleeing overseas during a major crackdown operation years ago, reemerges to cause havoc once again. Eight years later, old grievances resurface as veteran special police officer Gu Yuan (played by Zhao Yanguozhang) embarks on a transnational pursuit to rescue his daughter. He finds himself in a life-and-death struggle against criminals led by Salika (played by Zheng Shufeng). Unfortunately, Gu Yuan's daughter Gu Na (played by Yao Yaqing) becomes entangled in the evil plans of the criminal organization. What bloody chaos will ensue as a veteran officer faces off against an old nemesis in a foreign land?
