The presidents of two superpowers, the Soviet Union and the United States, are expected to meet for important negotiations. However, the meeting is jeopardized due to the raging Russian Mafia, which has settled in America. Mafioso Rabinovich even interferes with the conversation on the top secret hotline between the presidents.
