Rudy (played by Kornél Mundruczó) grew up in an orphanage after being abandoned by his parents at birth, never experiencing the warmth of family love. At 17, the longing for his parents became overwhelming, and he decided to embark on a journey to find them. However, the harsh reality soon made Rudy realize that his existence might not be a blessing for his family. In a twist of fate, Rudy gets an audition opportunity. The director is deeply attracted to the dark aura emitted by Rudy and believes he is the perfect choice for the role in his film. But fate plays a cruel trick; the director does not know that the young man before him is actually his son, whom he abandoned years ago.
