Located in Hokkaido, the village of Matsukaze is about to be transformed into an airport. Young RyoSuke Kusunoki (played by Ryunosuke Kamiki) follows his father Yuichiro (played by Tomohiro Miura), who is in charge of the airport redevelopment project, moving from the city to Matsukaze. RyoSuke's handsome appearance feels somewhat out of place in the rustic village, but it attracts the affection of girls, inevitably provoking the jealousy of boys. Mischievous Kohei Tsuchida (played by Yuma Sasano) gets into a brawl with RyoSuke over the girl he likes, but they soon become good friends. Before long, they meet a mysterious girl, Hichun Kashiwagi (played by Susuha Okou), who is waiting for UFOs. This summer thus becomes colorful and vibrant. On the other hand, the airport construction plan faces resistance from local villagers, leading to ongoing disputes among adults that gradually spill into the lives of the children…
