Lin Xiao (Yang Mi), Gu Li (Guan Cai Jie), Nan Xiang (Guo Bi Ting), and Tang Wan Ru (Xie Yi Lin), four good friends who grew up together, graduate from university and enter the workplace, beginning a new journey. Initially planning to leave Shanghai with her degenerate boyfriend Xi Cheng (Jiang Chao), Nan Xiang returns to her sisters instead.
