Alex (played by Konstantin Lavronenko) and his wife Vera (played by Maria Bonnevie) take their children to their old home in the countryside for a vacation. The leisurely life and beautiful scenery soothe the family's tired souls. While Alex is immersed in the tranquil atmosphere, Vera reveals to her husband that she is pregnant, shocking Alex with the revelation that the child is not his.
