Anna is a rising star and fashion darling who unexpectedly dies at a party and is sent to the hospital morgue waiting for burial. By chance, Harvey and Ivan, who are looking for a girl, work at the morgue and find out that the usually unattainable beautiful star is lying naked in the morgue. After getting high, Ivan and Harvey get the idea to desecrate Anna's body despite Harvey's objections.
