American gangster Ken, who possesses evidence of gang crimes, seeks to become a police informant but is hunted by the gang. He escapes back to Hong Kong and meets the local gangster Luke Chuan. Meanwhile, the American gang bribes the Hong Kong gangster Luke Chuan to join forces and hunt Ken, intending to kill him to silence him. Fortunately, Ken has noticed the danger and turns the tables on Luke and his crew. Luke Chuan's sister, Sai Hsiu, comes to Hong Kong to avenge her brother and takes Ken's sister hostage to threaten him. At a critical moment, Ah Sheng and his team arrive just in time to rescue Ken and capture Sai Hsiu and her gang.
