It tells the story of a poor old neighborhood in Istanbul, featuring a beloved guy named Meh Mehmet, who runs the waste warehouse of the district. He helps everyone in need around him, especially homeless children, as he was one of them. One day, Meh Mehmet encounters an 8-year-old boy who appears in the rubbish bag of his best companion, Gonzalez.
