Six months ago, ambitious young man Daikenta Masao (played by Tohru Koike) started working at Kuroi System Company. He had dropped out of school and was living off his family, but later self-studied programming and obtained relevant national qualifications, determined to become an excellent programmer. However, on his first day at the company, he discovered a very strange atmosphere. The team leader Abe Michihiro (played by Yuu Shinagawa) was overbearing and arrogant, limited in talent and often shirking responsibility; other colleagues were either cold, exhausted, or opportunistic; the company's rules seemed to be mere formalities. "Did I inadvertently join a dead-end black company?" Once you get on a sinking ship, it's not that easy to escape. Masao has no choice but to become a slave to his job, moving towards the limits of his endurance… This film is adapted from the original work of Kuroi Yuto.
