The second installment in the "Dark Loan Dogs" series that depicts the lives of those involved in the underworld and loan sharking. Following the previous work, the protagonist is Tadaomi Ando, who also appears in the delinquent movie "Gachiban" series. Ando continues his loan shark business, employing the handsome host Tsukasa Sudou. One day, debtor Okabayashi asks for an additional loan of 2 million yen because his girlfriend, the mama of a snack bar, needs it for her surgery. Trusting Okabayashi's track record of repaying seriously, Ando lends him 2 million yen under certain conditions, but Okabayashi, struggling with cash flow, disappears.
