Adam (Robert Gonera) and Stephen (Jacek Borcuch) are two young men filled with idealistic ambitions, wanting to open their own bicycle factory. However, the two cash-strapped individuals decide to seek a loan from the bank, but the bank does not believe that their business can generate profits to repay the loan and rejects their request. At this critical moment, their old friend Gerard (Andrzej Chyra) appears before them and is willing to lend a helping hand. Soon, the factory is established, and everything seems to be on the right track. However, Adam and Stephen discover that Gerard, while appearing kind, is actually greedy and selfish, coveting the property that should rightfully belong to them in the future. Adam and Stephen decide to end their collaboration with Gerard, but things turn out to be more complicated than they expected.
