The film tells five interwoven stories. Six characters find themselves in Amsterdam, some voluntarily and others purely by coincidence. Aside from being far from their places of origin, they appear to have nothing in common. Nevertheless, in their darkest moments, they profoundly impact each other's lives. If you didn't like the director's "A Touch of Sin," you won't like this Dutch submission either. The term Paradise Suite refers to the victims of sex trafficking in hotel rooms being forced to satisfy clients' demands. This is the story of the Giya line and one of the film's most important narratives. It also symbolizes the "European dream" as seen by these immigrants, which, much like the suite, is not as beautiful as it sounds.
