However, during the short and dull ten days, the quirky Eva gradually wins Willie over and becomes friends with his buddy Eddie (Richard Edson). A year later, Willie and Eddie win a lot of money playing poker and decide to leave the city to find Eva in Cleveland. Also feeling bored, the three friends then decide to leave Cleveland and head to Florida for a vacation. However, in Florida, their dull days finally take a dramatic turn when Willie and Eddie lose all their money at the dog races, while Eva unexpectedly comes into some money after being mistaken for a drug dealer while walking on the beach. After leaving some money for her two friends, Eva prepares to buy a ticket back to Europe, while at the same time, Willie and Eddie win their money back at the horse races. Will they be able to successfully catch Eva at the airport...
