In 1910, Paris, France. The cinema projectionist Emile (voiced by Sébastien Desjours) and his friend Raoul (voiced by Gad Elmaleh) arrive at a scientist's laboratory to deliver goods, only to find the scientist absent. The two mess around with the lab's chemicals, triggering a big mess that leads to a small flea growing into a terrifying giant monster. The monster flea escapes the lab, causing chaos and panic in Paris. However, this flea is gentle and innocent, with a pure heart. It accidentally befriends a beautiful bar singer named Lucille (voiced by Vanessa Paradis), and thus is named Franca. Franca possesses an amazing musical talent, and its performances with Lucille are well-received by the public. On the other hand, the greedy police chief wants to eliminate the monster to enhance his own authority. To protect Franca, Emile, Raoul, and Lucille work together…
