This film is based on true events that took place in the early 1970s at Stanford University, where a group of college students conducted a research experiment on human behavior. They were divided into two groups: one group acted as prison guards, while the other group acted as prisoners, simulating daily life in a prison for 24 hours. The results showed that those playing the guards began to exhibit violent tendencies, while the prisoners plotted to rebel. The experiment was halted shortly thereafter, but its findings have attracted attention and controversy for many years.
