Despite being kind-hearted and hardworking, the doctor (played by Liu Qingyun) has always had a strained relationship with his girlfriend Meimei (played by Ma Tilu) due to her overly strong personality. As time goes on, their accumulated resentment grows, leading the doctor to decide to break up with Meimei. One day, the doctor encounters a mysterious woman (played by Zhu Yin) who has fallen from a building and is injured. As they get to know each other, they develop a genuine bond. Feeling betrayed by her boyfriend, Meimei starts to follow the doctor, only to be shocked to discover that this mysterious "third party" and her family are actually ghosts.
