A clean Taiwanese youth film. Zhang Jiayue (played by Zheng Yinan) is on a break from school due to a heart condition. She loves music, practices with her band in her spare time, sends demo tapes to record companies, and wanders around with her cat "Summer." Gifted student Chen Huaijun (played by Zhang Ruijia) falls in love with his teacher Xu Yiwei (played by Ke Huanru), but is not accepted by the school and is forced to take a break from his studies at home. He encounters Zhang Jiayue, and the two develop a subtle relationship.
