Over two thousand years ago, during the chaotic era of warring states, the Zhao kingdom aimed to conquer the equally powerful Yan kingdom and decided to first attack the Liang kingdom, which was situated between Zhao and Yan. As a result, the city of Liang, with just over four thousand civilians, women, and children, was surrounded by the hundred thousand troops of Zhao. In this critical moment, King of Liang (Wang Zhiwen) sought help from the renowned defensive Mo family and requested a force capable of resisting the Zhao army, but was met by the unassuming yet brave Moist warrior Ge Li (Andy Lau), who advocated for "universal love and non-aggression." Ge Li unexpectedly triumphed, sending the Zhao army back empty-handed. To prepare for the Zhao army’s inevitable large-scale attacks, he personally trained troops and created numerous special weapons, winning the admiration of everyone in Liang, including the affection of General Yi Yue (Fan Bingbing). However, at that moment, a killing aura also descended around him.
