Two young men who love to ridicule others are expelled from school, left with nothing to do, and resort to swindling everywhere, solely aiming to live a luxurious life in Paris. Mouri works at a slaughterhouse, and he has attached two bull horns to the handlebars of his motorbike. Anta, his companion, is involved in political work. The two good friends ride around, chatting with passersby and believing that anyone from France is nothing but "white women and STDs." They fabricate evidence to frame a rich, fat man who is infatuated with Mouri. Later, both of them strip completely naked, sitting bare in the fat man's car, raising their fists, and delivering a mocking political speech...
