In 1979, a group of restless youths lived in the quiet countryside of Tochigi. The prankster Charlie (played by Hayato Ichihara), the lecherous delinquent Saijo (played by Takuya Ishida), the academically challenged Takashio (played by Masaki Kaji), the astronomy enthusiast Inoue (played by Kento Kaku), the super glutton Chiba (played by Hiroshi Kake), the feminine junior Jimmy (played by Tomotsugu Tominari), and the repeat grade king Shinsuke (played by Yu Koyanagi) formed a mischievous squad that brought some energy to this somewhat dull town. Their good days, however, came to an end when Tochigi welcomed a new officer (played by Kuranosuke Sasaki).
