A major international case puzzles the Hong Kong police. During a high-level secret meeting, Inspector Cao (played by Cao Defa) accepts a suggestion from his subordinate and decides to send non-police personnel to steal valuable diamonds from Japanese gangsters. He typically seeks out his old partners from the Lucky Stars, but ultimately only Zhegu Cai (played by Hong Jinbao) agrees to take on the task. After some selection, they find four eccentric officers from the police station: Dog King Lun (played by Tan Yonglin), Fat Leopard (played by Zheng Zeshi), Rambo (played by Liu Dehua), and Bandmate (played by Chen You), along with Li Baojian (played by Lou Nanguang). These characters bring even more humor and absurdity than the Lucky Stars, generating more laughs. To quickly train them, Inspector Cao assigns the sexy and skilled female police officer Yi Pin Xiang as their coach. But can this group of lecherous guys, only thinking about getting benefits, successfully complete their mission?
