The documentary revealing food waste, "Wasted! The Story Of Food Waste," has released a trailer featuring several "culinary masters," including Anthony Bourdain and Mario Batali, who address the current state and dangers of food waste: 40% of food is wasted in the United States, and it is one of the largest sources of greenhouse gases that destroy the ecosystem. Much of what is considered "trash" can actually be turned into delicious food. The film received positive reviews at the Tribeca Film Festival and will be released in North America on October 13.
