Viraj (played by Saqib Saleem) is the top batsman of the Indian cricket team. Just before the semifinals against Pakistan, he suddenly goes missing in a Middle Eastern country, causing significant distress for the Indian team, as losing him could lead to defeat in the finals. The Indian female Prime Minister takes this issue very seriously and personally contacts the leader of that Middle Eastern country, requesting that India's ace cop Kabu (played by Vijay Raaz) be dispatched to the Middle East to solve the case. After arriving in the Middle East, Kabu chooses a terrible cop, Ansari (played by Varun Dhawan), as his partner. Within 36 hours, they take a series of actions, engaging in fierce battles against betting syndicates, and ultimately succeed in rescuing Viraj and bringing him to the finals.
