In the mid-Ming Dynasty, eunuchs are in power, and Minister of War Yu Qian is framed and imprisoned, resulting in his family being executed, leaving only a son and a daughter to be sent to the Dragon Gate for military punishment. The Eastern Factory eunuch Cao Shaoqin (played by Bai Ying) intends to eliminate all threats, sending people to assassinate the two children, but they are stopped by Yu Qian's former subordinate Zhu Ji.
