Robinson (played by Dan O'Herlihy) experiences a shipwreck during his voyage. Fortunately, he survives and washes up on a deserted island, where he seems to be the only modern human. Instead of succumbing to fate, Robinson uses his intelligence and courage to gradually establish his own kingdom on the island. However, in addition to the harsh climate and scarce resources, the greatest threat Robinson faces comes from a tribe of cannibals lurking on the island. By chance, he saves a child from the hands of the cannibals and names him Friday (played by Jaime Fernández). Thus, Friday becomes Robinson's best friend and most loyal servant. Robinson lives on the island for twenty-eight years, two months, and nineteen days, and this unforgettable time completely changes his destiny.
