Located in Ogden Marsh, Pennsylvania, USA, the scenery is beautiful and life is easy and comfortable. However, a sudden incident disrupts the tranquility of the town. A normally mild-mannered middle-aged man, Rory (played by Mike Hickman), bursts into a baseball game armed with a rifle, and Sheriff David (Timothy Olyphant) quickly responds by shooting him. The tragedy seems to spiral out of control, and after this, a series of bloody and brutal events unfold. The once peaceful townspeople become driven to madness, transforming the idyllic town into a terrifying hell on earth. David and a few rational companions discover that the townspeople's madness is related to the local drinking water. Meanwhile, to prevent the spread of the madness, the government sends troops to seal off the town. David and his group must brainstorm their escape from this land of death…
