The large but agile Steven Seagal, since his film "Underwater Dragon" won the affection of millions of viewers, many of his works have been translated to something like "Dragon". What story does this time's "Underwater Dragon" tell? In this film, Seagal plays a commando working for the U.S. government who is serving a heavy sentence due to his excessively brutal methods on missions. While serving his sentence, the government discovers that someone is successfully developing a method to control human consciousness at a secret base in a small Latin American country, and most of the agents sent to destroy this base have not returned. With no other choice, the government enlists Seagal and his fellow inmates. The mission is clear: destroy the base and rescue the captives. Seagal and his brave soldiers easily complete the mission.
