"Black Belt Attendance" is an action-comedy film that tells the story of Lee Jeong-do (played by Kim Woo-bin), a nine-degree black belt in Taekwondo, Kendo, and Judo, who works with a bailiff, Kim Hyeon-min (played by Kim Sung-kyu), known for his keen sense of crime and insight into martial arts skills. Together, they engage in their duties as "martial arts officers" to monitor electronic ankle bracelet subjects and prevent crime. "Martial arts officers" are individuals who supervise those at high risk of reoffending, aiming to prevent crime and protect public safety. They work in pairs with bailiffs to prevent them from falling into danger and to subdue criminals.
