An accomplished agent codenamed MR9 is jointly dispatched by the CIA and the Bangladeshi intelligence agency to Las Vegas for a secret mission. His objective is to monitor Roman Ross and his brother, Ricky Ross, to expose their international arms smuggling activities. Roman Ross is the chairman of R&R Robotics, a company that claims to eliminate all disability flaws through technology, but is actually a front for arms smugglers. A female agent named Debbie is sent to collaborate with MR9, attempting to uncover the conspiracy of R&R Robotics by going undercover. During the execution of various dangerous missions, MR9 and Debbie find ways to protect each other. They soon zero in on a key figure named Chaudhry, a partner of Roman Ross linked to a criminal organization. To continue their investigation, they travel to Bangladesh and team up with other agents. In an effort to stop a terrorist attack, MR9 is injured while confronting the villains, and Debbie sacrifices herself to save him. MR9 brings down Roman Ross and his gang. After completing the mission, MR9 returns to his intelligence organization to continue working while awaiting his next assignment.
