The American street gang is an organized crime group. The FBI recruits Stone to infiltrate the gang as an undercover agent. Stone quickly gains the trust of the gang's henchmen and tries to lure Nancy into cooperating to gather evidence, hoping she can provide testimony about the gang's involvement in killing police officers and smuggling. Unfortunately, Nancy dies during the incident, and Stone becomes a hostage. The state government wants to execute the henchmen, and the leader plans to break them out of jail. Ultimately, Stone brings the leader to justice.
