Kōsuke Ōno (played by Ryo Narita) teaches at a cram school. Despite his handsome appearance and high intelligence, he easily gains the affection of others, but due to his rigid mindset and nearly nonexistent emotional intelligence, Ōno has zero romantic experience. Every date he goes on with girls ends in failure. Nevertheless, he harbors a longing for love and marriage, not knowing where his problems lie, until one day, a student named Kaoru Akimoto (played by Kaho Yoshida) points out Ōno's issue—he simply doesn't know how to date. So, how can one become skilled in romance? Ōno sends a distress signal to the only person he can rely on, Akimoto.
