34-year-old Hono Tetsu (played by Tokui Yoshimi) is an ordinary laborer at a construction site. This seemingly submissive uncle, who is completely disregarded by his son at home, was once a notorious bosozoku (biker gang member) in his youth. Looking back, 17-year-old Hono lived a thrilling life of street racing and fighting alongside his good friends, including Yokota Atsushi (played by Abe Takashi), in the bosozoku "Shinka." However, the unexpected death of the younger brother of the previous leader, Watanabe Mitsuru (played by Nakamura Tatsuya), led to a tragedy that left an indelible mark on them. Their peaceful lives are suddenly disrupted when Hono's son, Shuhei (played by Hayashi Kento), and Yokota's daughter, Makoto, are assaulted by a group of thugs, forcing these ordinary middle-aged men to take revenge. Not long after, they unexpectedly reunite with Igarashi Ken (played by Murakami Jun), Ogata (played by Arai Hirofumi), and others involved in the past tragedy. Through their respective actions, they redefine the meanings of "brotherhood" and "family."
This film is adapted from the original comic of the same name by Japanese manga artist Tanaka Hiroshi.
