15-year-old high school student Cody (played by Frankie Muniz) couldn't be more ordinary. Like all young people, he enjoys skateboarding, hates homework, and loves showing off, but stutters and gets awkward around the girl he likes. It is his ordinariness that makes him so unremarkable, which is why the CIA has chosen to recruit him. After undergoing a series of intense training, Cody takes on his very first mission. However, during his first mission, Cody finds himself in a world of trouble because the CIA requires him to pursue the most popular girl at school, who is also his crush—Natalie (played by Hilary Duff).
