1. Due to a driving error, wealthy businessman Edward (Bruce Payne) tragically loses his wife Emma (Denice D. Lewis) in a car accident. Overwhelmed with grief and guilt, Edward uses the help of the "Book of Death" to bring Emma back to life. However, the unfolding events are beyond his expectations… 2. Mad scientist Dr. Maiden (David Warner) hides in a cold laboratory, dedicated to his longevity research. After a century passes, he and his female assistant develop feelings for each other, but a sudden fire destroys everything… 3. A couple of police officers go missing while pursuing criminals, and Sarah (Signy Coleman) enters a horrific room filled with dismembered limbs in search of her husband Paul (Obba Babatundé), marking the beginning of her nightmare… This film is adapted from several short stories in the work "The Book of Death" by American writer Howard Phillips Lovecraft, the founder of fantasy fiction, and won the Best Special Effects Award at the 1994 Rome Fantasy Film Festival and the Best Special Effects Award at the 1994 Portugal Fantasy Film Festival.
